Returns & Refunds Policy

We want your pet's gear to fit right and hold up to real travel. If something isn't working out, here's how returns work.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition requirements

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items that show signs of use — including pet hair, odor, chew marks, or stains — cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: pet first-aid kit contents, calming supplements, and any consumable or single-use component. Identification tags and stickers that have been personalized or engraved are final sale.

How to start a return

Email info@fastforfurries.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we cannot issue a refund for a return that doesn't reach us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
